Shipping

We use trusted courier and freight companies to deliver orders throughout New Zealand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number where available so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

 

Authority to Leave

Unless you request otherwise, we may provide the courier with an Authority to Leave (ATL), allowing your parcel to be left at your delivery address if nobody is home.

Because of this, we recommend using a business address or an address where someone is available during normal delivery hours.

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please let us know when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels that are left at the delivery address under an Authority to Leave.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.

Our standard shipping rates are generally based on the following regions:

- Auckland
- North Island
- South Island

Larger or heavier items may incur additional freight charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

 

Delivery Times

We aim to get orders packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the courier service and circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier company.

 

Returns & Shipping Costs

If you need to return an item, please contact us before sending it back.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have sent you the incorrect item, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
